This is the first time buying something from RCUniverse &amp; I do have a paypal account registered with my Visa &amp; I made an offer with ItemNo: 660298 &amp; he accepted &amp; I now it shows sold but whenI went to make payment paypal requested me to set up my bank account with them &amp; that process will now take 5 - 7 business days to register so basically I been in contact with the seller &amp; he understands but I would like this product faster so my question is howcan he reject it so I can get a friend of mine to place an offerso its a faster process as he buys from RCUniverse all the time?</p>

First, please remember that you are purchasing from one of our members. You are not purchasing from RCUniverse.com.

The seller can reject your offer using the tools available to him on the My Ads page of the My Market area of the marketplace.

You may also want to consider contacting Paypal to find out if they can speed up the process for you instead of having to wait their standard time frame.

Actually I just got off the phone with Paypal &amp; it was a paypal issue, it was because my paypal account hasn't been used in months, so anyways i did complete the transaction with the seller &amp;everything worked out great
