i have an intellipeak ice charger.when i charge a battery i can only charge it at 150mah when the battery is 1000mah i set the charger to 1.4 amps 1000mah like the battery is , but it cuts off at 150mah , i tryed another battery and it wouldnt fully charger either,could it be the charger is bad ? any help on thiss ?thanks[]

Try dropping your charge rate down to .5 or .8 and see what happens. I don't know anything about the charger.........it's not one we carry.

Try increasing the peak delay to about 10 minutes (if the batt is dead)

Just to clear things up here....are you trying to charge a li-po?? Also if the li-po is dead you aren't gonna get it back.
