Default lipos in parallel

Can lipo packs of the same cell count and voltage be put in parallel to fly my Black Hawk 500 heli ? As an example, I want to put a 3S1P 1800maH 15C in parallel with a 3S1P 2200mah 20C . Both will be fully balance charged independently then put in parallel.
There is alot of likely misinformation out there about one feeding into the other and causing a hazardous condition. I don't know if this is true since they are the same voltage . That's why I decided to ask an expert.
Thanks,
Don

Well for starters don't mix a 15C pack with a 20C pack. If your going to parrallel or do series always use the same size and capacity packs.

you are also going to get less run time out of the 1800 mah side.
