Default what could be wrong?

http://www.maxamps.com/Power-Supply-10A.htm

well about that power supply i got from max amps something is kinda weird about it..i mean it works perfectly fine just that the postive terminal on it is smaller than the negative one..i tried plugging in banana plugs that came with my charger and they only fit into the negative terminal and wont fit in the positve one. if anyone has had problems like this is there someway that i could fix it?

thanks,
brian

We have had a couple of people with the same problem, it's just a factory defect. You can either drill it out with a drill bit, or return it to us and we will get you a new one.

sorry about that brian.

Get the RMA form from the warranty page and send it back.
