I have a set of Gil Horstman plans for a 60 1/2" Agwagon but no manual. I have a question you might be able to answer.
My plans show BOTH trailing edges of the vertical and horizontal Stabs alining with the back edge of Former 7, is this a mistake on the drawings? My reason for asking is when the elevator is in the up position it would prevent full movement of the rudder.
The trailing edge of the elevator is notched \ / next to the Fuse. So if the trailing edge of the vertical Stab were to be moved back approx 1 3/4" it would line up with the notch and allow full movement of the rudder \ ! /. Are the plans wrong or am I failing to understand something?
