ther was a note by Goldsmith , It mentioned that they were running the cg about 8" aft of the top wing leading edge and the down elevator is needed to carry the tail with this cg location. I just flew mine this morning with the cg about 8.25 inches AFT WITH A little down trim in my sub trims , the plane flew grear ,two nice flights and back to the home shop to fine tune that beautiful Saito FG-17 yes 17cc plenty of scale power and it climbs out fine 17cc they won't believe me !!!!!! 88" Tiger Moth!!!!
