Need Help

Ok this is what i need some help on. So i figured i would get this quadcopter ( link below ) so i dont have to get one of those power Distribution boards.

Question one the link below will that be a good control board to start with?? Im kinda doing this on a buget and will i be able to grow with this board??

Also when the frame says 1000~1200kv (or similar size/kv) is it ok to go to a 1534 with a 7045 or a 8045 prop??

for motors im thinking of using the fc 28-22 1200kv or the rc timer 1534 kv
any pointers would be great.

you want to start with this board "KK2"
no computer needed very easy to setup ( plenty of youtube videos as well)
and flies super stable and even has autolevel and its less then $30
