Here is what i have for my Quadcopter.

X650f Quad Frame
Turginy 2830-11 (1000kv)
2 5000mah 25/35c Batteries
25a ESC
Multiwii and Megapirate AIO Flight Controller w/FTDI (ATmega 2560) V2.0
Neo-6M GPS with Compass.
1045 slow flight props
Installed the MultiWii 2.3 program checked everything for the system i'm flying but when i turn the system on everything works but i can't get a GPS lock.
Green light comes on the the GPS blue lights flashes saying i have GPS signal. When i load the MultwIIgGUI everything works nav etc... green across the board but no gps LOCK. I've tried every Baud rate from 9000 to 115200 still wont lock.
I'm at a loss as to why i can't get a lock.
Any suggestions as to what the problem might be.

Do you by chance have a tin roof? Sometimes it's hard to get a gps lock indoors.

No I have a composite roof,BUT I have a laptop that I use OUTSIDE! so that's not the problem
