I have an apm 2.5 flight controller and am using mission planner so I go through the setup and upon completion the horizon shows the module tilted left when it is tilted right
I reset and then went through setup again with the same results any ideas ?

ok so now I have reset and gone through setup again still same result and now mission planner says bad gyro health

Sounds right to me.
When you tilt the copter to the right the horizon tilts to the left.
