Default MVVS 45 IRS

This is not so much a support question, but a spec question. I figured you guys might have some numbers in advance...

I am in the market for a 50cc engine (DA50 and ZDZ50NG being considered so far), but the new MVVS 45 IRS is a stunning and light piece of machinery.

Would anybody know ball-park peak rpm figures of this new 45cc gas engine on a 22x10, 23x8 2-blade prop???

How would it compare to the above established 50cc models (about 6.8-7.0k on 22x10 with pipe)? The power -and weight- of the MVVS 58 is more like that of a 80cc engine!!

Bore/Stroke: 38mm x 38mm
Power Output: 5.2 HP @ 6200 rpm
Weight: 1400gr, 1290 gr with Mag Crankcase

The MVVS 45cc engine embodies the latest technology available for model airplane engines. Weighing in with the lightest of the 40cc class engines, this amazing powerplant puts out power equivalent to some 60cc engines!

High-silicone, graphite coated piston, INA bearings and high-tech NIKASIL cylinder coating mean that this engine will continue to belt out the power for years to come!

Performance:

24 x 10 Mejzlik 6100 rpm (MVVS 3204 Silencer)
22 x 10 Mejzlik 3-blade 5900 rpm (MVVS 3204 Silencer)

Hpergm,

I don't have any numbers for this engine.
However, since it is a scaled down 58 cc, it should have similar power advantages, compared to other engines.

If the MVVS 58 cc can be compared, power-wise, to an 80 cc engine, think of the MVVS 45 cc as an equal to a normal 60 cc engine.

OK, thanks for the quick reply.

If, in any case, you happen to come across some numbers I would be very interested to hear....
