I have an mvvs .77 and was wondering how to remove the con-rod from the crank. Do you just take off the backplate and use force pulling toward the back of the engine to slide the con-rod off the back side of the crank?

Hi there!
No force is needed to remove your con-rod; remove the top of the cylinder and the sleeve, the piston will be free to move about so that you may easily remove the con-tod from the crank.
