Default mvvs 1.6ifs seized up

I have an older 1.6 gas engine it ran fine and I would like to keep the engine . However I ran it to lean on oil mix and seized the ring. Can I get a replacement ring ,cylinder and piston. Also how do I get the cylinder out.

David

This is not very nice, David...

You can get all the items that you mentioned from the MVVS dealers who run this forum (there currently isn't a dealer in the USA).

But international shipping from Israel (registered air-mail) is probably less than you would have had to pay, for local S&H...

Getting the cylinder sleeve out is done by putting the whole assembly in an oven at 200-250ΒΊ for 15-20 minutes.

This would make the sleeve loose enough to be pushed up using a piece of wood, or soft plastic (a tie-wrap end?) in the exhaust port and turning the crankshaft. The piston will push it up far enough to pull it out.

Or, you can send it to an MVVS dealer, who will do it for you.
