many oils do that, especially in new engines. It should get less when the engine runs in

What prop should i put on a CMP Zero 1.20 ? it weighs about 5kg complete id say. Im using the standard pitts silencer from mvvs. I was to buy a mejlik and since they are expensive i dont wanna make a wrong choice. Could you please advise?

Does anyone have any numbers on rpm, since this engine is pre-2008 it has to run 8k rpm on the ground. Im interested in scale flight with good speed since its a warbird vertical is important but not so much to me. Thanks in advance.

16x12 for speed, 18x8 for all out pull. It will pull-out (3D) a 5000 grams plane on canister or pipe

Its neither a canister nor pipe, its the silencer that looks like a pitts. Will those prop sizes still work ?

The warning on your website about pre-2008 engines needing 8k rpm stationary, would 7500 - 7900 rpm be bad?

Not necessarily. The pre-2008 1.60 is at the design limits for conrod bearing load, so about 1 in 20 engines would be affected. Higher rpm reduces the connecting rod bearing load considerably. So does reducing the compression ratio by adding an extra shim under the head, which can be done without any power loss.
