During a hard landing, OK it was a crash, one of the pins on the LED that provides an indication of how the MSR ignition on my MVVS 35cc gasser is working was broken off. Can anyone tell me what the specs are for this LED? I'm sure it a standard LED but I can't find any markings on the LED.

Any LED should work OK.
Having said that, You may want to check the ignition output Voltage to the LED first. Be sure to have about the same impedance (resistor load) as your replacement LED when measuring, or your measurements will be way off. There probably is a resistor cirquit inside the ignition placed in series with the led.

I kind of though one from Radio Shack should do. I'll check the voltage and see what I can find locally.

Gains, you will see easy enough if it works. If the led burns too bright, put a 2K resistor in series.
