Hey guys My Ignition unit on my Evolution 35GT has a wire that comes off of the spark plug cap that ends in a terminal that you usually secure under a grounding bolt. Do i need to use this? The instructions show and say nothing about it??

Use it. It is the ignition's safety belt, and provides durable earth connection should the cap vibrate loose.
Without it you can toast the hall sensor in the blink of an eye.
