Default ASP 60 carb question

What is this small spring tensioned screw for? It is on the same side as the high-speed mixture valve, the other side is the low speed mixture and barrel valve stop.

Default RE: ASP 60 carb question

That screw holds the throttle barrel in place.

It protrudes into the grove in the throttle barrel. It can be used as an idle stop as well, to prevent the throttle from closing completely.

Since we normally DO NOT want this, people unscrew it out slightly to permit the idle to close fully.
