Have you guys looked into the A-10 yet? If you have, will it use .20-.35 engines?

I think I am in love with this plane. I have done a bunch of searching and cant find this available outside of scratch building or foam. Neither of which is attractive to me.

Could you PLEASE, PLEASE tell me if my plane has been or going to be shipped. The confirmation is confusing and I really want/need the plane. Again, PLEASE answer my message as all messages I have sent to Nitro support and sales have gone UNANSWERED.
ORDER NUMBER: yhst-17210252890263-15214
Thank you very much,
John

I am wondering if you have considered getting a series of chinese engines? For instance, I needed a main needle for a 61 K&B engine. I was surfing around and saw a complete LEO carb for $9. I bought 2 of them. I was looking for engines to put in that A-10 (hopefully), and others. I like K&B but I dont know how much I would like the jump to twins so I was willing to try cheaper brands. I went with GMS .25's.
Maybe something to consider. Everybody comes here for the prices. I am sure if you had those engines you could sell a bunch....
Please keep us posted on the A-10 and the Ultimate 60.
Thanks

1) Gee Bee 120?
2) Z-50??
Both are built by the Fly-Model factory, link to the Z-50 I posted back in December as "Santas little teaser".

Nitrostaff... I think you just lost about 99% of your buyers for the A-10 by making it Turbine. Allot of folks who buy your products do so because money is tight and they can not afford a Greatplanes or Hanger 9 ARF kit. By going Turbine you have just put a price of $2000 plus just for the engine. Most turbines are in the $5000 range ready to fly... I don't think many people in your customer demographic can justify 4 or 5 thousand on a single plane. You are really better off in my opinion staying with prop planes or maybe ducted fan... This is just my opinion and others may see thing differently.
If you put out an A-10 such as the one from Combatmodels but in a true ARF form I think you would hit it big. This plane takes a 46 size pusher.. Please see the link below for the A-10 specs.

If you extend the engine winglets a bit up and out you will have a twin engine plane that is Low cost and low tech. It could have provisions for retyracts, but does not have to have them.
The Keith Sparks A-10 is a perfect example. This plane is pretty and basic. It can be built for fairly cheap.
I have started the kit but would still be interested in buying yours....
