So this is the story up to date. Back in Jan I found a site a friend told me about. I made an online order then waited for my box to get here. The shipment day rolled around and no mail that’s odd. Next day I called no answer so I called again later still no answer gee. Left voicemails no call backs. Finally someone picks up and tells me ohh we didn’t have your part in stock (but they sure didn’t mind taking my money and not telling me that). So I say send me my chopper an send the rest in 2 weeks when you get it, time dude told me it would take. So now were are here in freaking March and do I have my parts no. not only that they still do not call me back. The chopper they sent me flew about 4 feet off the ground and blew up into pieces is that normal for their products? First flight less than 4 ft off the ground and boom, I got rotors flying off all kinds of mess now just wanted a good chopper. Is this how they do business with other costumers I want others to know how they treated me I called 4 times since I have been writing this and phone was busy and no answer go figure.

We have issued RMA to have you return for refund or exchange. The helicopters we sells are tested at the assembly line before packaging.
