Default Wrong part help

I ordered and paid for a new part for my Yak.

I purchased a new rudder on 3-13-07.

It received an elevator on 3-26-07.

When I email support all I get back is confirmation the WRONG package was delivered and no one will answer the phone it just rings and rings??

What should I do at this point??

Nitro staff;
First I would like to thank you for your help. Your help will keep my buying.
I wont buy from a company anymore that give's bad customer service. I am tired of dead beat vendors in the RC world, there seems to be alot more of them is the past 4 or 5 years.

I hope you dont take this the wrong way, but why do I have to come here and post about a minor problem to get any attention??

Would'nt it be easier to handle this stuff in private? It seems that alot of people that call or email gets ignored and not called back??

Hi, just to let you know, we have a team of people answering every emails that is sent to us on a daily basis...we do try our best to solve every issue with customers first hand but the thing is that sometimes it is hard to tell if your customers are being taken care of by the people you hire....that's why we have this forum here so everyone (including the boss) can tell waht's going on with the company and continue to improve what is needed...

on your case, i need to have your order# or something that I can check in my system to see what happened to you and why it is not being taken care...and this is the main reason why we have this forum...because it's a good way to capture frustrating customers so we can clean up the issues before it gets outta hand...

so yea, give me your order# and i'll reship you the rudder
