Im building an Edge 540 and just installed the elevators, they have there own servo each side. The problem is that one servo is travelling further than the other,Ive tried fixing it moving the servo arms in different places and the pushrod on the horns, and setting the center on the servo reverser in different places and by using my radio but nothing seems to work.Should i try another servo? There all brand new 645mg hitecs so they are good servos. Is it possible each servo could travel more or less than another one?

I had a similar problem with my heli's ccpm setup. I know it's very annoying when one servo is faster or extend further than the other. I had tried everything from switching servos, changing pushrod lengths etc, just didn't work. The best thing to do is do what I did and buy a synchronizer. it evenly balances out multiple servo links. (up to 4 I believe). It'll definetly do the trick.
Take a look at this one. I personally prefer futaba products
