I've explained to you the situation over pm that authorization requires a few days to release back to your card. There is no double billing as your order is already cancelled. If you like we can call your bank together 3 way to clearify this.

I would like to say "I don't know how you stay in business" but I can't because that would be an insult to my intelligence. Keeping your customers on hold for over an hour is a travesty and i hope others will learn from my experience here.
