nitromodels, i recently inquired about a brushless motor size for the hydro-glider. i am not good with electrics but want to try one of the arf flying boats. the plane/boat looks cool in the video i just want to make sure of a good motor choice and lipo size. i am interested in buying a few of them but wanted to order motors.please help me with a good motor choice.

With these kinds of kits, everything is basically up to you.
You can determine how the model will fly, by making judicious choices.
You'll also have to make some educated guesses too.
There are a slew of on line "prop" and "motor calculators on the internet that will help you decide how to equip the plane.
For a very simple one check the packages at http://www.electrifly.com that come with everything.
Just choose the motor size you need and get the corresponding package.
There is also a calculator there that will suggest specific components too.
Google for Prop Calculator and RC Motor calculator for more that REALLY get down and into it.
You can figure out how long the plane will fly, at what throttle setting, how fast it will go, etc.
