Support using Nitroplanes Chat (Excellent)

I broke a part on my Bobcat 50 yesterday. So I needed to get intouch with someone from Nitroplanes.
This afternoon I clicked on the Support Chat link at the top right on the home page.
The chat started up and I was able to get info on the availability of the part. ( this could have been a problem, if there wasn't any spares) All the little details were worked out real-time. I order the part and completed the transaction. My plane was broken at 2pm Sunday and by 2pm Monday I had a part on the way.
It could have gone worse, but If there was no spares; I suppose a new plane was the next option.
All in all, the Chat allowed us to work thru the details of getting a part with out the delays or days of back and forth emails or phone calls.
