Default Nitro P-40 50 Retracts

When are they going to restock the retracts for the 40 size P-40? I'm having a hard time trying to find a replacement with out spending a lot of dough on robarts.

Those are just standard .40 sized rotating mechanical retracts.

You can substitute something other than Robart's if you want to go mechanical.

I'd suggest that you go with a beefier set of phenumatics however, as the .40 size mechanicals do not have a thick enough wire.

Check out what HobbyCity has for sale.

Ok thanks, I'll check it out. I have a set of H9 Hellcat retracts laying around. I might modify those to fit.

World Models rotating retracts are the same as the ones sold by Nitro Models.

I would recommend retracts with thicker wires, e.g. something designed for .60 sized models and up.
