Default Nitro Models Support

I had bought a Bobcat from Nitromodels sometime ago and didn't "get around" to putting it together until recently. I discovered I needed a canopy and set it aside. I used this forum, received prompt polite correspondence from John, and the canopy.

I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to say, "THANK YOU JOHN AND NITROMODELS"

Great price, great product, fantastic support -

Thanks again,

Jim

nsmjim which plane did you get?

The Bobcat is a fun plane, especially if properly ( ahem overpowered... ) but it flies VERY differently than most tractor planes.

I assume that you are a pretty advanced flyer with many sports models under your belt right?

If you only have experience with a couple of sports planes, please head over to the long Bobcat thread here in the Pusher Jet's section.

Read up on using spoilerons, and setting the angle of attack of the airframe, when the plane is on the ground.

Both of these things are CRUCIAL and are not covered in the manual.

Once again, thanks John - Nitro rocks

AND thank you Opjose. Yes, I've been building, flying, and crashing for a few decades! I'll still look over the article because the more I've learned the more I found out I don't know

I've now owned three planes from Nitro and they were all excellent value and construction.

Blue Skies,

Jim

PM me your e-mail address and make sure that your ISP can accept 6megabyte PDF files via e-mails.

e.g. Gmail and Hotmail do NOT.
