Last weekend I ordered a CMP F4-U 120 using the internet. I requested to be notified by email that the order was received. Not having heard anything as of yesterday, I sent another email asking if you had received my order. I included my name, postal address, and phone number in the message. This is the reply I received-
To tracked the package on line by the tracking number. we takes 24 hrs to ship order and the tracking number takes 36 hrs to be updated on the web.
So I still don't know if you received my order.

Never Mind! I went to your chat room and Amy told me she couldn't find my order. At least now I know it didn't go through or got misdirected. Thank you Amy

once you place order online within 5 minutes our system will email you a tracking number i you didn't get it that means order did not go thru.

I didn't know that. I suspected the order didn't go through and it took some effort to verify that. The Chat Line is the only approach that worked. Thank Amy for me - again. BTW I will try again and place my order on Monday.
