John, this post is being done third party for a friend. Please see if you can help this gent out in some way. You were VERY accommodating to me in my only dealing with support, and really hope you can bail this guy out. He has a valid grievance (and is being an absolute gentleman about it!), and lost an airplane as well as trust in Nitro.

Perhaps Bruno's assessment of the situation is right. I hope not, but two working days with posts by Nitro support made in the interim. C'mon John, at least give him the courtesy of a reply and explanation.

John responds to PM's but he doesn't read all of these threads.
