anyone else on back order
My Yak 54 120 was put on back order and now I'm stuck waiting for 4 to 5 weeks on it. It showed in stock when I paid for it and after waiting for it to be shipped I get a hold of them and was told it was on back order. I have a email from Nitroplanes that says thanks for the order and it will be shipped on the 28th but that never happened. what hacks me the most is that they sent me an email stateing that the order was going to be sent on the 28th and now its on back order? Did they not know they were out of it when they emailed me. And If they didnt know they should of found out before telling me it would be in the mail on that date. Anyone else having this problem? The plane showed in stock, and I watched the website that day and the plane didn't show sold out till late that night. It hacks me that now I'm stuck waiting. Just seeing if anyone has had this problem. James

To be fair, it was a huge weekend for sales, and they've probably sold to many thousands of people. Given this, there are going to be some mix-ups. Nonetheless, I can appreciate your frustrations, and I hope your order ends up favorably.

No need now John. I just an email from nitroplanes that said sorry but we cancelled your order, we were unable to fill the order so we cancelled the order. What happened to it being on back order and it will be there in 4 or 5 weeks? John, This was the OrderID: 464627 Maybe you can tell me why it was cancelled. I was told by Amy that it would be 4 to 5 week and I told her Ok to just keep my name on the list.

Millertyme this will be probabaly just a small part of your disgustation by the time your thru with NITRO. And yes there are bunches that have gone thru this and alot more. Your more is yet to come more than likely.
