Default nitro plane

You ask people what planes they would like to have back in stock, why don't you work on keeping parts in stock for planes that you have already sold????? I don't think that is asking too much............

Based upon the posts I've read here - no surprise.

You guys don't seem to understand. Why are you shopping at NP? Because it's cheap. It's cheap for everyone. As a result, they do A LOT of business. Not to mention, they're doing business with companies from china that have a hard time keeping up with demand. Production and overseas shipping can cause significant delay.

Just buy another plane. Seriously.

The cost of the NP planes are often cheaper than replacement parts for other ARF's.

If you cannot repair it yourself, get another airframe.

What keeps the costs down, is that they are a "box and go" operation, hence no to few replacement parts, and no tech support lines.

The statement "You guys don't seem to understand" may be true but a new guy like myself does not know that Nitroplane has such a bad rep. on service, we try to trust the people that serve our hobby. There should be no excuse for poor customer service anywhere............
