Just finished a frustrating chat cession with"Amy" in an effort to return an Embraer EMB312 which was received in green and yellow. As explained, the model(s) shown on the website were advertised in two colors, either blue and yellow or a military grey with insignia. The blue and yellow is shown as "sold out", leaving the grey model as the only available alternative.
She now states that only green is now carried, identical to the green and yellow striped model received. As this color scheme is not desired, nor even advertised as being available, I request either a refund or the grey model still shown as available. Furthermore, several pictures of the model are also shown in grey color with military insignia in the expanded views.
As I stated, before being cut off, I will withhold payment on the card and dispute the charges as this product was not desired and not delivered as advertised.
It is unfortunate that this should be necessary in view of the satisfaction received from 5 prior purchases, nor is it the satisfaction which Nitro eludes to providing.

Yup, just PM John;
He'll take care of you...
I've been in the same boat with both Horizon and Tower Hobbies, and calling back at another time, put me into contact with a far more helpful person.
John has often taken care of things like this for others... so PM him.

Considerable time has been spent in an attempt to Pm a "John." The link you sent..thanks...brings up a contact site with member Nitrostaff 1.
Your reference note to utilize the bottom of a box at the top is very confusing. What is the box labeled...and is it indeed found on the link/Nitrostaff 1 which your previous email connected to. One heck of an effort to return a product wrongly delivered.
Thanks, Tom

Go where I told you and click the pm icon. Circled in red above for clarity. If that does not help go to their support thread and post there or call again Monday and ask to speak to someone in charge.
