Just a few questions: 1. What brand & type of covering is on the aircraft? 2. What brand/color of green paint is used (So I can touch it up)
3. Does anyone have recommendations for brand/model of retracts?

The covering is "ChinaKote"...
Seriously though, it's something that the Chinese factory probably obtains directly from a local supplier ( to them ) so you will not find a supplier here for it.
Your best bet is to cut a small piece out or take a part with you to an LHS to try to obtain a match.
You can have a hardware/paint store match the color for you...
