Hi, I recently, 1 week ago, purchased a very nice 76" Corsair from you folks that arrived in 2 days, very impressivee, both the service and the looks of the aircraft. That is until I started putting it together. There is only one of the plywood fixed gear landing gear blocks and that one is extremely poor quality. The cheap pine plywood is split and splintered. I can repair it but it will be a lot of work to make another one that I am missing. I would rather have retracts so I called and talked to a very nice lady who told me that they are out of stock and not expected for 6 weeks. What do I do? I am not that good a pilot that I can land on one wheel like Bob Hoover does nor can I hand launch a 15 pound airplane at 82 years old. I need the retracts, but six weeks, I may not live that long.

Hi John, yes, that will at least get me started, the wing is almost done and need the gear to finsh it. Other minor problems I can take care of, overall the workmansip is excellent and with the good price, I don't mind substituing some parts that are readily available, such as the hinges etc. All in all it is a very good buy. Hi John, I received the landing gear parts package today, and these were far superior to the one that I had that was fir plywood. Thanks for the fast service. Norm
