Hello, I read all the bad stuff about you guys but thought I would give you a shot anyway. I ordered the cessna 421 and so far I have loved the kit. (minus the manual having instruction for another kit, not a big deal to me) However the portside wing (left looking toward the sitting in the cockpit) has a damaged 1st rib where the nut is embeded to hold the wing on. It looks like the nut was ripped out leaving a huge chunk of all three plys of the rib missing. They attempted to repair it by stuffing some wood in the huge gap. The wood they used to repair it is cracking and falling apart. It doesnt look like it was even glued in. Its also the wrong thickness. I guess they thought this would make it work. The result is a structurly unsound first rib with a misaligned nut. If I try to use it (even though the hole in the nut is not exposed due to its crooked placement the nut will just pull through and the damage to all layers of the rib goes past the wing joiner tube almost assuring wing failure if I use it as is. On both the wings all the thin balsa sheeting is cracked in the center of all the small spots. One was repaired with a patch and the rest weren't. That is minor however the wing bolt and rib issue are not. I would like a new wing sent out. I am hoping that you are the man to get me taken care of due to a post that I read saying you could help. I have pictures of the damage and will gladly email them to you. I just bought the kit and am unable to finish it until I get new wing(s). Can you please send me a port side wing? . My phone is and my email is
Thanks in advance for your help.
