Default Refurbished return

Yesterday I received a "refurbished" PT-20 ARF. The previous extensive shipping damage done to ALL the fiberglass parts, should have made the plane not acceptable for re-sale. Please either send me a new undamaged fuselage, cowl, and both wheel pants, or give me instructions on how to return the plane for a full refund. Bob

I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me with directions on how to proceed with my return. Also,I could drive to your location with the defective kit and I could exchange it for something else. Your call. So far I've spent several hours in contact with Nitro and haven't gotten any positive answers. Thanks

Hey, thanks for the help. Last year I ordered at least a dozen different times from Nitro and never had a problem. This time I have a BIG problem and communicated with several people there, but nobody has gotten back to me with how to proceed. I know I won't purchase another "refurbished" plane from them.
