For what ever it is worth, I think it is a good idea for airing problems in open forum. I also am having problems and trying to work it out with John, as of this time no reply. NP customer service is worthless as I have attemped to get problems fixed and they act as they don't have a clue. Many e mails aand several phones is too many. If you are in business of selling anything for profit people expect product to work as advertised. You pay money you get product. What if the money is not worth what it said on the bill? Do they (sellers) have a beef? I have learned a great deal from reading forums of all kinds and react with reason.
