I have never had luck w/ either their live chat, nor emailing their Customer Service link on the website.
One of the reasons they have this forum set up.

hey, kool, someone answerd.
#1: do the motors on the HBK2 have heat sinks on ? heard they get
pretty hot.
#2: I bought a heli worth $99. and I got a tracking number to follow
the parcel. Now I order a HBK2 and a few parts, no tracking number.
You know, I can live with that, just wondering why ? I payed the same
price both times for shipping. I live in Canada you see, it's kool to see
where the "bee" is at.

#1: Yes, and you can obtain them cheaply from other sources as well... MPI Products, etc.
#2: Did you get a confirmation e-mail message with your order?
