Trying to get Sea Fury parts.
Hi John. Maybe you can help me. Rather then try to explain the whole thing Iam including a copy of the last “chat” I had with Nitro Support on 5/4/09.

The box was not damaged so I don't thinkthe parts were damaged in shipping. I talked with someone on your chat line andthey told me that there were no replacement parts available until the Sea Furywas back in stock. I see that it is in stock now and I would like to receivethose parts so I can complete my model and fly it.

OK John, now that was the last we have heard from Nitro. I ordered a Sterling P-17 about a week after that
and received it in about 5 days. I still have not got the Sea Fury canopy and cowl. Can you help me?

I'm sorry about this long wait. I've place order for canopy and cowl and it will be on our next shipment. Once it's in I'll mail them to you. I'm sorry that the plane is sold out. If the plane is still in stock I can open a new unit and get them for you.
