I just got my F4 Phantom assembled and attempted to test the servos. Everything seems to work except the nose gear servo, I can't seem to get it to work. When I power the plane up and the servo's lock to center, the nose servo pulls hard to the right. My Tx stick is centered and there is no trim on it at all. When I try to use the rudder control on my radio the servo gets no reaction at all.
Any suggestions? Possibly a DOA servo?

It could be, but try loosening the grub screw to let the servo arm travel freely.
Then power up the plane and watch the arm move. It may be maxed out.
Also remove the arm and move the servo. See if it has full travel.
I'll bet that the linkage was pulled and the servo is now maxed causing the problem you are seeing.

I've tried this with the linkage and servo arm disconnected so the servo is basically stand alone. When I power it up, the servo turns clockwise to its limit and locks. At this point it doesn't allow any input from the Tx.
