Iususally try to find one of his post and then look at his user profile and then pm him from there. IDK if he checks his messages every single day but its damn near that often. When ever he gets it, I'm sure he will help you out asap.

I have been waiting since the 1st of April for a canopy for a cessna 421 that was broken upon arrival. In July I was sent a tempory used canopy that sombody trimmed the bottom with a chain saw. I have put a lot of money into this plane, Retracts/struts,electronic engine syncronzers, costom wheels, O.S engines etc. I have ben waiting so long that I have accidently deleted the original order Number. My most recent contact was by phone about a monthe ago. They said it should arrive soon. I want my canopy. I am not going to unveil my master piece at the club or field with that piece of crap canopy sent to me in July.

I apologize for my strong language. I am just frustrated and cannot get any satisfaction from a company that says it is dedicated to 100% custom satisfaction.

I was looking to buy one of your arf gliders you sell. I sent an e-mail asking if you have the manuals on them on your site and they recommended I come here. Do you have the manuals listed somewhere here in pdf form so that I could see what is involved in each one? Some of them do not even mention if they are rudder and elevator only or full house.

If he has them, he'll normally send them off to you.
