Damaged Fuselage

I received this plane on 9-17-09 and found some problems with the fuselage, the rest of the kit was fine.
1- the fiberglass is not glued to the plywood in a few spots.
2- the servo tray is not aligned properly to the fuselage.
3- defect in fusulage impression/ crack.
This is my first purchase from Nitroplanes, can I return the fuselage for replacement or will I need to return the entire kit?
