Steering Arm and Steering Servo - F-16 (70mm)
Two questions pls...
1. I need to purchase the steering arm for the F-16 (70mm) and don't see that part listed in the replacement parts. How can I order that part?
2. I also ordered and received the replacement servo listed in the replacement parts, but the steering arm does not fit on that servo (arm is too small). Is there a specific servo for the steering that the steering arm will fit? How can I purchase that servo also? Thank you.
Chris

RE: Steering Arm and Steering Servo - F-16 (70mm)
I had the same problem as you.
The servo went bad after some use on my plane.
I ended up using another similiarly sized servo and making a long servo arm out of the arms provided with the servo.
To do this I snipped off the tip of the existing arm, and affixed a cut arm to extend it.
I carefully epoxied it in place with two bits of CF along the sides for strength.
Once it was dry I opened the existing holes to make them one long oblong shape like the original.
Later I realized that I could have also taken the existing arm, sanded down the bottom and affixing that over a new arm.
