Default Dynam Hawk Sky problem

Hi everyone,

I am new to RC plane. I got a Dynam Hawk Sky as my first RC plane. Everything works fine, but brushless motor. I connected it to ESC and turn on the TX. Then plug in the battery. Nothing happened. I move the throttle up and down. The motor only moves after the throttle pass the middle position. And it turns strangely. It runs very slowly and discontinuously. It seems that there is some force against it. I switched the wire connections, no change. The servos run fine and I can control them from TX. So I am afraid that there might be something wrong with ESC or motor? Is there any kind of procedure I need to follow to set up the ESC? There is only a simple assembly instruction in the package.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!<br type="_moz" />
