RCU Forums - nitro models

I have been a member of Rc universe for sometime now, i have always seen Nitro Models advertisements on the site. I placed an order with Nitro Models on Feb 28th 2008 for a Boeing P26 Peashooter, i recevied conformation that it was shipped on 2/29/08. The cost of the plane was $ 155.00 PLUS $35.53 FOR SHIPPING BRINGING THE TOTAL TO $ $190.53. I recevied my Nitro plane package on 3/6/08 at 13:30 pm from UPS, upon opening it only to fine they shipped me a 3D 60 size passion plane. I did a live chat with one of there employees by the name of Steve, ( which I printed out and saved for future reference) after explaning the problem to him. he sent me a RMA number and assured me that if the numbers did not match my order , they would issue a full refund for return shipping.
Nitro models recevied my return today at 12:04 pm on 3/13/08, i had a chat today with one of there reps and they told me that they will not REFUND THE RETURN SHIPPING COST THAT I PAID. just about 2 hours ago i found out that one of my fellow club members also ordered the Boeing P26 Peashooter and recevied the same plane as i, a 60 size Passion 3D Airplane. I feel as if i and my other club member have been Scammed by this company that advertises on Rc Universe, i truly beleive that the item we wanted was out of stock and they just sent us both a plane, thinking that we would not want to be bothered or hassled with returning them. All i want is my full refund which i was assured i would receive for the sume of $ 190.53 plus the return shipping cost of $ 41.74 Total cost of
$ 232.27 I also have documentation of the conversations with there chat tecs, all shipping info from UPS, and the bill from UPS for the return shipping. Since this is a RC Universe recomended company, your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
