Ordered the 72" AKA 69" yak the other day (order #1465803) and when I un-packed everything and noticed the cowl was cracked/mis-shapen and wont fit on the fuse. Also, the cowl tabs were not glued in correctly into the fuse, they are sticking out and not straight probably preventing cowl from fitting. And the canopy was cracked. Oh, not to mention, it's not even the same plane on the web site. Doesn't have removable stabs and the canopy isn't tinted and no manual. The manual on the web site will not work with this plane. Only has one servo cut out in the tail and how are you suppose to link the other elevator half with no joiner? Talked to customer service and they will not have spare parts for this plane until after the holidays. I got an RMA number to send it back due to no parts in stock. Called customer service again to work out a deal to just buy another kit for parts at a dicounted price and they said they would give me 5% off, really? Here's the deal.... Ordered kit, got kit, inspected kit, found problem with kit and now I'm going to spend $30-40 on shipping to get 125.00 back (losing what I already paid for shipping to me which was $25) or get the same plane that might have the same issues, then have to pay shipping again! Viscious cycle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, that would be great. It surprised me when I called and they said what they did because I have always received great customer service. Too bad you don't have the replacement parts in stock... Thanks Eric

I asked for a CANOPY for a Yak 54 140 and then I paid for it last July after you sent me a PAYPAL request. Never received the canopy. I posted a message here, sent you a PM to wich you eventualy replied asking about my order number (wich I never got after sending the payment...) and then nothing. Looking for a right wing retract for the Airfield 1400mm Zero. I can not get the gear to extend. I have switched wires from the left retract with no success. I can not find the part on the Nitroplanes website. Servoless retract for 1400mm Zero ARF. Thanks.

I have tryed to contact nitro models several times and have not heard anything back from them. I purchased a 'Yak 120 during the Thanksgiving sale and now that I am building it I noticed that I have a damaged cowl and and am missing the following Parts: 1) Push Rods & hardware set. 2) Fuel Tank & Wheel Pants 3) The cowl is damaged. 4) Wheels Please contact me at [email protected] and I can provide you with proof of purchase, as well as an adress to ship the damaged and missing parts to..
