Hey John, If you can send me one of these 78A35 in place of the fuse? I'll repair the fuse and you can send me a canopy when you get them in stock. I can fly without a canopy. I really want to fly this bird not let it sit in the box. Thanks

I just received my Cessna 421 today
VERY NICE model I have 1 problem
The canopy is crushed. It wasn't fom the shipper. I think it was packed poorly.
I contacted Nitroplanes ans did not get a response.
Can you please contact me on this issue so I can get a new on?? If you want I can send you a picture f the damaged one.

Hi John,I just received the F4 Phantom I ordered and the box was crushed along with the right elevator,looking at it from the back. The rest of the jet looks alright. Please let me know who to send pics. of the damage and order info to. I need the elevator as its crushed and cant be glued back correctly. Thanks. Bob

John, or to whom it concerns. i am still awaiting a new fuselage for that was promised to me because of a damaged shipment i sent pictures as well , to jimmy raiden there . HAVE EMAILED ABOUT THIS ISSUE RECENTLY AND WAS PROMISED TO B SENT A NEW FUSE , BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS NOW . I THINK ITS TIME TO TASKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE. The 4Ch transmitter remote control I received with my Kit will not power up. After installing 2 sets of brand new batteries, I don't receive a power light when the switch is turned on.

ok after installing 8 batteries in the correct directions, jerk it by rolling the batteries and does this help?

Yes Itried 2 sets of new batteries, and tried rolling them around. I tried disconnecting the battery lead and reconnecting it as well. I am still not getting a power indicator on the tranmiter when powering it on.

I ordered an Extreme Detail 4 Channel 93A182-AirField Sky Trainer RTF back in January and got a GuanLi A5 seaplane in just about 7 days. The return was handled very well and in another 10 days I got the correct plane. Everything so far is good except I can not get through to customer service to address the inoperative wing servo. It makes some noise but does not move when switched with the other side servo that one will move. My order number is yhst-17210252890263+112880. Any help would be appreciated.
