Default Problem with OS .61RF-ABC-P

I have a problem with 2 OS .61RF-ABC-P engines, basically they both stop dead at about 3/4 throttle, both are in different models (F3A with OS Pipes) and both have been re-plumbed.

The engines have also been run in a test stand with it's own fuel tank and plumbing, same problem...

Glow plugs have been changes at least twice in each engine.

My fuel consists of 20% Oil (Powermaster) 20% Nitro and the remainder methanol.

These engines have been stored in a well lubricated state for the last five years and immediately prior to that both pumps and carbys were returned to the factory in Japan for checking and calibration.

I hope you are able to throw some light on this problem, my experience with models and engines I hate to admit goes back to when I was a kid in 1950.... and I normally don't have any problems with engines.
