OS FS52 Surging at WOT
Hello, I'm hoping that someone can help me figure out a surging issue I've started having on an OS 52FS that I have
It has a dozen flights on it max, and it didn’t do it when I first completed the plane and started running it.
It will idle just fine. I’ve been running the same 12x6 prop and Rich’s Brew 15% the whole time. OS F plug.
I have a video and you can hear it surging at WOT. I can't post the link to it as I don't have enough posts yet. Weird thing is it will stop if I pull the muffler pressure line off. You can hear that as well.
The carb has new seals. The fuel tank has new tubing and is absolutely liquid tight.
Except for the surging, it runs ok, has never quit on me in the air.
Changing the HS needle either richer or leaner seems to have no effect on the surging other than make it worse.
What gives?
