Default Remote Glow Driver cap wont fit.

*I have one of those "Sullivan" remote glow drive setups. This is where you attach a cap to the plug on the engine and attach your glow starter somewhere else. I'm sure you know what I mean. Now i run OS.8 plug. This is a very small plug in size as compared to something like the Tower Long Plugs or such.
*This Cap when attached to the OS#8 seems like it is on but it is not and the Cap wobbles around. The end result here is on my test run-ups, the "rf" sends all the servos crazy. It fits securely on the long plug since it is much bigger in size.
*I have a bunch of Long plugs but do to the cost of these which is something like buy one get 10 free, I consider them crap and use them in my cheapie planes that I lean the snot out of.
Does OS or do you recommend a plug that is good BUT similar in size to the Long Plugs? Thanks

HI Cyclic! Sorry, no, I recommend the #8 in almost everything except 4 strokes, in which case we use the Type F. I would suggest contacting Sullivan to see if they have a different cap or another recommendation. The OS #8 is probably teh single highest quantity selling plug in the world...

I went to the LHS and went over the glow plugs. Looks like the MCoy #55 does the job.
