Hi,
My 50SX is starting to lose power and I believe that a new ring may be the cure. It's not pulling like it did a few gallons ago. Where can I but the ring, and is it OK to replace only the ring?

If the ring's the only thing that's wrong, you can certainly try it. When an engine's loosing power because of compression loss, it could be any one or all of the ring, piston, and liner. Here's the stock number and list price for the ring:

This part can be ordered thorugh any hobby retailer who sells O.S. Max engines and accessories.
