Hey Bax, how does the 300 run without muffler pressure? I have one with a pitts style muffler but no pressure tap

With the fuel tank properly-located...the centerline even with the centerline of the carb, the engine has no problems running without muffler pressure. Just keep the fuel tank right behind the firewall.

hi i have just bought a converted 240 it is now running on gas with a ch ignition but i am unsure as to what oil mix to use the guy i bought it of says 35/1 is fine but he also says he does not know if there has been any work on the inside of the engine and i am a bit worried about there not being enough oil content also if there is to much would this foul the plugs any help please
